The following cancellation policy applies to the 2026 and 2027 summer seasons and the 2026/27 winter season:
- Free of charge 31 days before arrival
- 25% 30–15 days before arrival
- 75% 14–8 days before arrival
- 100% from 7 days before arrival and in the event of a no-show
